Cracker and Pastry Cutter by Roach

This cracker and pastry cutter could be used for cutting any product that uses a dough rolled at ~1/8" or 3-4mm. I designed it to make the cheese crackers you see here. My first batch is what is pictured, but they look more like store bought every time!
