CR10S PRO, light weight head mod,
original hotend 42 gram, microswiss halve that.
metal brackets and original sensor 162 gram,
so a total of 180 gr is saved.
The original sensor is known to deliver a bit random results.
ABL is not needed,
so why not just use a microswitch instead, see the pictures for results, with this microswitch,
clearly 10 times as accurate over any other sensor i tried.
my plate is not bend, so it is perfectly more than enough just to trim level on the 4 corner knobs of the bed.
Micro switch : Omron SS-5GLT (rs-online 686-6770)
Switch holder : 2 x M2 nuts glues or melted into the pla, 2 x M2 x 10 screws.
Epoxy the holder to the Red alu bracket,
the steering line will make it easy to mount straight.
Screw adjuster, M4 x 30, flat hex top
2 x M4 screws and alu profile lock nuts
Finger adjuster, heat up the M4 screw and gently press it straight in, while perfect straight, cool down, for example in cup of water, now the screw and finger adjuster is one piece.
you need the CR10-cylinder-sensor-simulator incase you remove the original sensor.
CR10-PARTFAN, press in 2 x M3 nuts
all brackets will also work if you keep the original hotend.
now you will note how easy it is to access both fans, and the nozzle parts too
