This is an evolution of my design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4657381 (look there for all the details of the fan support, it's the same) with an improved air duct. The complete system is quite efficient it as 3 air flow blowing on the part close to the nozzle.
If you print the air-duct on the side, like on the pictures, with tree-shaped supports in Cura with 0.40mm of clearance support/part, you'll get a superb part with no difficulty.
I used PLA+ for these parts but I imagine than PLA is ok.
