I had some spare parts lying around. Why not use them?!
I designed this bracket to fit onto the existing Creality CR-10x spool holder.
Just print it, use a strap to keep it in place and mount it to the frame using the spare hammerhead bolts.
A simple design that doesn't need supports and can be printed in less than an hour !
This will save you time and precious filament. Only 10g is needed !
My print settings were :
Layer height : 0.2
Wall thickness : 0.9
Wall count : 2
Top/bottom layers : 3
Density : 20%
Temperature : 210/40
Print speed : 50
and a brim for adhesion.
