CR-10 Dial Indicator Holder for a dial indicator with thicker back by ekstrand

My dial indicator was to thick for the one remixed by Laurmann.
I needed about 1mm of clearance to make my dial indicator fit.
I have also modified Casters G-code (http://myfordboy.blogspot.se/p/creality-cr-10.html) for running the calibration (designed for my CR-10 mini bed size 300x220) now waiting for user input instead of sleeping a fixed amount of time.
