Waterblock holder for 1155 CPU
Background: I updated my PC from a core2duo to corei7.
Since my computer is watercooled, I had to replace the CPU waterblock holder.
The waterblock comes from a german company called: innovatek.de
For my bad (or good luck) there was no holder for a 1155 cpu available.
Solution: Make one.
The pictures will tell the hole story.
The Design was made with Design Spark Mechanical an can be simple modified to your need.
The "smart" part is how to assebly it and how to maintain the required pressure on the CPU.
The entire thing from thinking to have it in the PC: ~3 hours (including prining).
Enjoy makeing your own.
