CPDM20160068 - LED Solar Powered Streetlight with Integrated Live Streaming Emergency Services

This is an actual project that was designed for the InterAfrica Highway under the auspices of the initial contract with the Government of Cameroon and the UN. I own the design and all rights and would ask that you send me an email asking for permission before downloading the files and using it in any design work - and I am more than likely going to say yes anyway, but I like to cover my ….. This design is the culmination of over 5 years worth of work and is designed to withstand corrosion, high winds, extended periods of shade, while remaining fully operational for up to 8 days without beneficial sunlight (when fully charged). The original design was done on IronCAD and there are many specialized features such as extended lofts, obtuse curves, reverse chamfered buttresses and other unique engineering features that are intended to not only provide specialized strength but also used to reduce weight, improve manufacturing and effect the longevity of the unit. I can answer specific questions as long as they do not violate the confidentiality surrounding the contract. I hope that you enjoy the design and all of the complexities surrounding it... oh yes, and the base is designed to be precast - it eliminates a lot of "in-situ" variables when dealing with non-skilled or poorly skilled labor.
