CPAR MJOLNIR Variant

CPAR (Compression Paratroop Assault Rig) armor allows the spartan wearing the armor to drop from high up. The Armor was originated in an Earth factory spacifically for the assault on 'Mesa' (not in the Halo books, my own idea:). Mesa was a world with low gravity and it was covered in mountains and craters, the Armor proved itself during the assualt on Mesa because it could jump from so high and the wearer of the suit did not have to tweak breathing settings. The mask itself locked out changes in Air-pressure making the job ever so easier. When the Mesa project ended the CPAR became a barely-used armor but it is atleast still used.
