Added a more compact, streamlined version that also uses less material (CPAP_coupler_external_v3b.stl).
Note: I now prefer zip-ties to the rubber band method as they do not deteriorate over time.

Over time the rubber connector on my CPAP hose became loose, and would detach during the night. Rather than buying a new hose or gluing them together I decided to create this coupler.
My CPAP is a "Philips Respironics DreamStation CPAP Machine" but I understand that all the hoses are generic.
Put two rubber bands over the hose end.
connect the hoses together as normal.
Put the coupler pieces over the hose connection, like a sandwich.
move the rubber bands over the ends of the coupler into the grooves so that it holds together firmly.
the hose connection should not be able to detach, but should still rotate smoothly.
I've been using this for over 12 months now and love it.
