This design has been created after testing and looking at numerous models already available. I was able to choose the best attributes from different models and apply them to one mask. It works for me I hope it works for many of you out there. Feel free to do your own modifications if you think are needed and will make a better mask.
Filters:
So far we have been testing with:
Sterilization wrap
Vacuum Bags
Laboratory Paper Filter
Super Hepa Filter
The idea behind this mask is to have a filtration system that is comparable to a n95 mask using materials that are available. The goal is to have a filtration process in which you have at least two filters, a pre-filter (sterilization wrap or Vacuum Bags) and the main filter (Super Hepa Filter), we might test using a third filter at the end. We will keep testing and keep posting here.

We are also doing face shields for medical personnel at Montefiore Hospital.
Also, any donations will be used to cover material costs and produce more face-shields for the medical workers and personnel in the front lines. We are all in this battle.
Notes:
Filter_Base fits really tight on to the mask just apply some pressure it should go all the way in. If you have trouble you can use a 220 sanding paper to help.
