I prepared this flexible Covid mask for the nano fiber filter (treated with colloidal silver), modeled, then printed on a 3D printer the models, then made an elastic two-piece mold. I poured a PU elastomer into this mold (casting silicone can also be used). The result is a flexible, chemically resistant mask, therefore disinfectable in all ways and, above all, completely tight and flexible due to the flexibility of each face.
