Wearing an N95 or surgical mask all day can be a real pain in the ears. This is a simple adjustable face mask strap extender made to improve the comfort of a face mask for long-term use. This thing is great for everyone, including kids as it can be adjusted to fit their smaller heads.
These can be made on FDM or resin printer.
FDM
PETG (preferred) or PLA (didn't try TPU, but may work). Print them slow. Takes about 15 mins for two pairs. Use 4 top and bottom layers.
Resin
These must be made with material that is somewhat flexible and not brittle; cheap fast gray resin will not work well. I used Siraya Tech Tenacious and Blue - both worked well. Print time on Elegoo Mars is 15 mins for two sets if flat on build plate - this is the best way to print if you're only printing a few.
Hair ties are from Walmart 28 for $0.80.
V2 is for verticle orientation on a resin printer - 30 pairs at a time.
