Couldn't find a frameless panel for a 64x32 LED matrix with a 4mm pitch. I used one from Adafruit, available here: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2278
This is a very simple remix of @TomHammond's cover for a 64x32 LED matrix with a 5mm pitch. To fit the 4mm pitch version, I scaled everything down and it fits quite well. Please note that it does not include any of the internal components that were included in the original.
I used M3 hardware to affix the frame to the panel and M2.5 to join the cover pieces and secure it to the matrix. I designed this based on the dimensions of the Adafruit panel. I'm guessing that there are some minor inconsistencies depending on the manufacturer, as I did have to elongate the screw holes used to hold the frame pieces to the matrix.
