the foam can be attached by double-sided tape


the brackets need to be printed twice


the main part has to be printed upside down


I recommend rounding off the corners of the sheet for more comfort

additionally required materials:
piece of foam (e.g. from thermal mat)
flat elastic band (width 20mm)
plastic sheets (230 x 330 x 0.4 mm)
