Corner Brackets for 25x25 and 25x50 mm 8020 Aluminum Extrusion by mcfada

Three different brackets are available for your printing pleasure. They all fit 25mm platform extruded aluminum profiles, I used 8020 but other brands should work fine.
25x50mm outside bracket, takes 4 M6x25mm countersunk bolts
25x25mm outside bracket, takes 2 M6x25mm countersunk bolts
25x25mm inside bracket, takes 2 each M6x12 button bolts and M6 T-nuts
NOTE
Outside corner brackets need tapped center holes on your aluminum extrusions. You can order them pre-tapped (for a fee) or hand tap them yourself with a basic hand tapping set and tapping oil
25x50mm outside bracket, takes 4 M6x25mm countersunk bolts
25x25mm outside bracket, takes 2 M6x25mm countersunk bolts
25x25mm inside bracket, takes 2 each M6x12 button bolts and M6 T-nuts
