Corner Brace

I know there are many of you out there building your own enclosure as I am, so here you go! I mocked mine up using thick corrugated paper (cardboard) and used these on the corners to hold things in place. I put bolt holes in them (1/4-20) so when I build my final project from polycarbonate, I can firmly secure everything by sandwiching the sheets between the tabs and bolt thru. These are designed for 1/4" material, but you can use a thinner material by wedging something between whatever it is you're using (cardboard, wood, polycarbonate, banana skins) and the brace. Something (washer?) so they don't break when you tighten them down.
Being threaded on only the inside of the brace would allow the use of glass as well by using a set-screw in the threads and pinch the glass between the end of the set screw snd the outer wall of the brace. Same if you didn't want to drill thru your brand new and over-inflated polycarb. I sugggest minimum 50% fill if you're entertaining this method. You may even consider using something other than PLA.
Enjoy!
