CONTEST!!! (2013 Endominium Suve Endominium City Police Department)

ALL EDITS AND @'S WILL BE IN THE TAGS. THE DESCRIPTION IS ALREADY TOO LONG. I am holding a contest. I am making an Endominium City model. Here are the requirements: Must have the color scheme shown on the uploaded model (font name is Stencil), must have lightbars, and can be original or borrowed (Original: you make everything; Borrowed: You took seperate models and put the together), and you MUST give credit. I will include all awarded models in the city. Categories: Heavy Duty, Medium Duty (shown in uploaded model), Light Duty model, FBICP (Federal Bureau of Investigation and Crime Prevention) (a lot like the Grand Theft Auto FIB or NOOSE vehicles), High Speed Chase (fast cars recommended), K.T.A.W.P. (Kill Them Any Way Possible) (Zazo version of S.W.A.T.), State Patrol, or A.R. (Arms Redundantation). I will list them from lowest crimes to hightst: State Patrol, Light Duty, Medium Duty, Heavy Duty, High Speed Chase, FBICP, KTAWP. Anyone who did not fail will get five of their models (if the modeler has less than five models, all models will get five star ratings) rated five stars by yours truly, and the model will be included in the city. All car brands are welcome except for Fiat, Smart, Renault, Peugot, and all other French, Korean, Chinese, or German auto makers. (Porsche, even though it's German, is okay. Volkswagen isn't.)
