I've printed this in PET-G and PLA,and ABS, it's a lovely fun desk toy, and demonstration for 3D printing.
You can get some of the outer rings apart, but you have to try, so not 100% perfect, but decent. I printed with 0.4mm nozzle and accuracy worked otu well.
Drawing it was literally 3 steps:
Draw concentric circle with correct diameters for width of rings and spacing
Revovle the rings
Cut the sides off symetrically
I expect there may be a more elegant way to do it, but its a fun 10 minute little exercise to draw your own if you are new to CAD.
