I designed this to replace the metal hinges on my camper van conversion, for the cupboard where the gas bottle is held. The problem being that the gas bottle will only just fit through the door opening and the door gets in the way even when open, preventing the gas bottle being swapped without unscrewing the hinge from the inside of the cupboard.
So, I designed a hinge that would mount in the same place and work in the same way normally but had a quick release lever that would allow the door (and part of the hinge) to be removed and replaced quickly, easily and without tools.
The cam locking mechanism also allows the hinge length to be adjusted in a similar way to the original metal version.
It's a standard 35mm dia concealed hinge fitting although this is the Blind Corner type where the door sits flush with the cupboard when closed and at 90 degrees plus when opened.
I will probably do a modified version that could replace the more normal corner hinge at some point.
It will need 2 M3 x 20mm cap head bolts and m3 nuts to assemble. All the dimensions are defined as parameters at the top of the file if anyone wants to customise it to suit their own purposes.
v1.0.1 - Thickened up the outer supports on the fixed plate to add strength after one failed when operating the cam lever to lock the hinge.
