Compact Extruder with E3D V6 hot end for Roddy 3D printer by valand70

Designed to fit Roddy 3D printer axis 75mm interaxis.
Extruder carriage is very conpact, just 52mm wide to gain printing area on the x axis, it is all in one piece with the carriage, designed with direct drive feeding and to fit an E3D V6 hot end and a 30mmx30mm cooling fan. It is designed to fits 2 long linear bearings.
The out going air from the cooling of the heatsink is channeled to the nozzle area (this can be adjusted or avoided, opening the gate of the air channeling or by removing completely the channeling part). Extra fans can be attached to the front and back of the carriage, but no mounting is designed other than two holes to fix a secondary plate with the fan (fans supports listed in "My Things"
The channelling for the filament is designed to accomodate 4mm teflon tube for 1.75mm filament. 3mm filament is possible without teflon tube and enlarging the bottom hole on part n.7
The spring pressure of the filament counter-bearing can be adjusted inserting an M3 hex screw with a nut in the spring housing on the lever as per picture. Adjust screw to tighten or release spring.
