This is a drop in replacement for Greg's Wade geared extruder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379 on my Prusa i3.
Filament - 1.75 mm.

42YF22GN050R - geared motor
MK7 drive gear
3 x 624zz bearings (2 for support, 1 as idler)
6 x M4 washers (around each bearing)
5 x M4x20 socket head screws
5 x M4 nuts (I use 3 x M4x16 without nuts for bearing mounts)
2 x M3x16 socket head screws (for motor mount)
4 x M3 nuts (2 - motor mount, 2 - for idler fasteners)
2 x M3 washers (idler fasteners)
2 x M3x35 socket head screws (idler fasteners)
2 x springs (I bought them in weapon shop as parts from pistol)
I'm use short PTFE tube from E3D hotend to drive gear.
Settings
8 microsteps.
Retraction length: 0.5 mm
Retraction speed: 30 mm/s.
