The Colt Police Positive is a revolver chambered for the .38 S&W cartridge that was manufactured between 1907 and 1947. It's a relic, and if you're lucky enough to find one, there's a good chance it will be in less-than-ideal condition.
The bakelite grips on mine were cracking and falling apart, so I scanned them with a 2D scanner, used the resulting image as a template and designed myself a new set of printable grips. You could probably do better if you know SolidWorks, but this was the best I could do with the free version of SketchUp. Hopefully, these files will be of some use to people like me who just need a new set of grips.
