This is my recreation of "HABA Color Pie" puzzle for kids rated age 2+.
You will need to print:
1x – base
2x – 180 degree angle piece (red)
3x – 120 pcs (blue/skyblue)
4x – 90 pcs (orange)
6x – 60 pcs (green/lime)
12x – 30 pcs (yellow)
Each angle set must be printed in it's own color and forms a full circle when combined. 180 + 180 = 360 (full circle), 120 + 120 + 120 = 360 and etc. You're free to use any colors you want (or have). The whole build weights almost 500g.
I've made Base hexagon holed to reduce amount of plastic needed and print time. Base is still strong enough. I've been able to print it without supports. Base is around 190mm in diameter which makes it possible to print it on 200x200mm printers.
There is also sets of cards with patterns to print on regular 2d printer. Please take a note that you will need to color them based on plastics color selection, it's easy to do in photoshop with "fill" tool. The card can be resized to approx. 225% then it will be 180mm in diameter and can be stored inside the base.
