For long we wanted to do our own cold drip coffee, yet we didn't feel like spending few hundred euros for a new glass one. So I designed our own cold-dripper for new ways of exploring the coffee brewing craft.
For operation you need 1 flat paper filter and 1 60° paper filter you would use for classic V60 dripper (or any other paper filter you can fit in). The 60° filter goes to the coffee grind reservoir on the bottom and the flat one goes on top of your fresh coffee grind. If you have larger 60° filter you can easily make both out of it (or you can use both flat filters, it is up to you). And for sure you need a nicely roasted freshly grinded 50g of good coffee! The suggestion is 12 g of beans for 125 ml of water. The dripping speed should be around 1 per second.
So go ahead and have some!
