Made a housing für my MPCNC control units.
The parts for housing and cover have to be glued together.
It is designed for following components (Links for Germany):
arduino with CNC Shield (original or clone doesn´t matter)
C14 socket with switch (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07T5D39R3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Mean Well LRS-150-24 power supply (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07VBQVMS8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
2x Noiseblocker 50x50x10 fan (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08421SHC8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Solid State Relais 25A (https://www.pohltechnik.com/de/ssr-relais/ssr-lastschaltung-230v/ssr-halbleiter-solid-state-relais-dc-ac-230v-ac-25-a)
heat sink for SSR (https://www.pohltechnik.com/de/kuehlkoerper-zubehoer/kuehlkoerper-ssr-relais-einfache-hutschienenbefestigung-80x50mm)
I used automotive HSD connectors for wireing the motors, endstops, and emergency stop because i had them here and it works great for me.
1st: X-axis
2nd: Y-axis
3rd: Z-axis
4th: endstops X + Y
5th: emergency stop an GND
The solid state relais is directly wired to the CNC Shield and is switching the 230V socket (spindle) on and off.
The 12V fans are wired in series directly to the 24V power supply.
The cover is screwed with M4 screws and M4 ruthex inserts.
The power supply needs 3x M3 inserts
