These are replacement clips for the collars you put on pets to stop them biting/scratching/licking - known variously as "Elizabethan" anti scratch, buster, cone collars
My dog is always bashing his cone on things and the clips fall off and get lost.
Don't print flat - print on it's side and use supports so that the layer lines contribute to strength.
Printed in "fast" quality with supports, using 100% infill.
