This is a clip on strip that presents a smooth surface to the forhead of anyone wearing a vekstan style visor frame. It can also be printed as an offstand to push the visor away from the face to allow room for goggles or xl masks.
It may also provide a surface for adding a foam strip if you do not want to war a sweat band like they did in the '70s.
The openSCAD script allows you to change the parameters to either fit your prints or to give a good enough tolerance to fit any frame. Instructions are in the .scad file.
STLs are for an open frame visor with 0.8mm (4 layers at 0.2mm) or 20mm offset.
