Cliff Of Brick 3.0: Mixed-Use Marina Location

Based on my Previous Cliff of Brick 2.0 model, this variation features 8 residential loft units over 2 retail spaces. Located between a park and a marina, this urban mixed-use structure is inspired by old warehouses and FLW's Larkin Building. Please use the scene tabs - They are ordered in a semi-tour of the building and surroundings and some layers/items are hidden depending on the view. Model is heavy with entourage, hence the 42mb file size, 1 Mil poly and tl:dr credits list. Ground Level: - Entrances to loft Units - Coffee type shop - Arcade / Billiards Above Retail: 8 Loft units w/ views of the park or ocean side.
