Clemson House

Perhaps the most unusual of Clemson's residence halls is the multipurpose Clemson House. Originally built as a hotel, the building has a variety of room designs, including double-occupancy rooms, a few private rooms and apartments that accommodate two or four students. Space for approximately 415 undergraduate students is available, and men and women are housed in separate rooms and apartments on each floor. The Clemson House houses predominantly upperclass students. As with the apartment complexes, few, if any, freshmen are assigned to the Clemson House.
