Clamp for Topeak bike mobile phone holder by blunstone

This clamp will fit any 31.8mm handlebar. Design includes spacing for a brake cable.
It is designed to be fastened with 2 M3 X 14 bolts and (nylock) nuts. however suitable wood screws would work.
Please note the photos are of a prototype, the uploaded model fully enables the locking latch.
This was inspired by the theft of a bicycle.
