Citadel Paint Carrier - Short top

A slight remix of the Citadel Paint Carrier by PrintPaintPlay to shrink the top and carrying handle slightly so that it will fit on smaller print beds.
In my case, the base model was too tall to fit on the bed of my Ender 3, even when rotated to sit in the final upright position. Rather than scale the model in Cura, which would impact the height of each tier, I cut both the top dome and carrying handle and shortened them slightly.
I have not produced a final print yet, so I'm unsure how it will impact the final design, however the change is small enough that it shouldn't cause too much issue, but should fit on a standard Ender 3 bed in the horizontal position (235mm x 235mm).
