The model has the smallest possible number of polygons, which greatly reduces the weight of the model. The folds are made using cloth simulation, using retopolizing techniques on all the geometry models for the creation of individual normal maps.
Normal maps are divided into three groups and using three different materials assigned to three separate parts of chair. Such separation of normal maps allows for more flexibility to control the bump amount for folds on each of the section separately.

This product includes obj version without V-Ray materials for using as a generic format or for users of lower 3ds Max versions as well as for non-Vray users.
