there was a kitchen in our previous flat with an oldschool stove. It was too critical for me and the available child safety knobs were not working well in my eyes.
So i designed that solution and used it for a while. We changed the stove with a modern one, so this solution was not needed anymore.
Maybe someone else will find the solution usefull.
