You need a Cherry MX switch, a LED and a CR1220/1216 Battery.
The LED and Battery are optional if you only want the clicking.
Step1. Fold the longer pin of LED to one of the switch pins. And attach them together.
Step2. Put battery into case like these.
Step3. Assemble them together.
