Excuse the long hiatus, it's been a long semester. Instead of studying for my finals, I figured I'd finally finalize this character, finally. This character is The Skav King, proof that worship of life's excesses can persist even in areas of great scarcity. Known to the outside world as a merchant, the Skav King's subjects toil in the ash-caverns, mining for salvage.
