Chain and sprocket is one type of transmission. Just like other types of transmission, chains and sprockets function to transmit power from one shaft to another. Sprocket in the form of a wheel that has many teeth. The chain is a collection of many rollers that are connected to each other. It requires at least one chain to connect the two sprockets for this transmission to work.
Other functions of the chain and sprocket:
1. Increase or decrease the spin.
2. Increase torque.
