A simple ceiling hook. I only load each 5-screw hook with around 1/3 lb of weight or so, I use a series of three of these ceiling hooks to hold up a blackout curtain for sound dampening my printer. This design has served me well, so long as it's installed in the right place in your ceiling and not overloaded it should work great for you as well. Make sure to print the hook sideways such that gravity pulls on full layer lines rather than the space between them (hook should be parallel to print bed)
I would suggest a 220 degree print temp for PLA, 100-200mm layer height, 6+ walls, and a 20% grid infill.
