Check panel fixators in OpenScad file. Maybe you need to ajust their positions.
For assembly you need:
1) 220V-24V plate
2) Ajustable voltage/current PWM plate
3) LM2596 plate for USB output
4) two bananas socket
5) two many rotation potentiometers (You can use 1 rotate version, but it is not comfortable)
6) A/V-meter.
7) power switch button
8) power cable socket (like in AT/ATX power source)
9) some wires, iron, drill :)
Total costs about 1400RUB or 22 dollars
