Cava Hatch by workshopbob

This is a waterproof hatch designed to fit on the front decking of a Cava RC seaplane. I used M3 button head stainless steel bolts to assemble it. Some of the bolt holes will need threading carefully with an M3 tap but not too deep as the cut threads strip easily at that size. I printed the parts in PETG but I think PLA would work as well. They have all been printed at 100% fill. I aquired a length of 2mm O ring rubber off a bearing company on Ebay, this was cut to length to fit in the groove. The ends were super glued together to make a complete ring
