Bottle suitable for hot liquids.
The capacity is 748 ml and can stay in the containers of cars.
Compared to traditional thermos with silvered glass cavity has a significantly lower cost being built with hydroformed stainless steel.
The surfaces that affect the interspace can be mirror electropolished to decrease the irradiation,
also the wave shape of the outer surface may generate a chaotic reflection of the radiated heat energy by the inner bottle thus decreasing the heat transfer.
Would be interesting to test the heat transfer with a CFD simulation.
The cavity is sealed on the upper side with an expanded plastic deformation of the two walls, as is for the connection of the tubes to platesheets of the heat exchangers.
Furthermore, the threaded ring of plastic comes printed in co-molding sealing the whole.
Even on the lid to reduce heat loss there is a small gap by exploiting the support of the trademark.
Taking advantage of the large external thread I added a bottom cap which can serve as a container or cup.

The typical use of this bottle would then load boiling water and tea leaves in the lower container to mix and produce tea when necessary.
