Catopia by the Lake

This is a proposal for 'Catopia' on the shores of Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland. An imaginary safe haven for all the cats of Cleveland, domestic or stray alike. Complete with climbing towers, synthetic and real trees, a sand box, a water fountain for the cats obsessed with running water, and a bed of catnip and wheat grass. #cat_towers #catopia #cats #cleveland #lake_erie
