Catan frame border with harbor tiles (base game and Seafarers) by jornd

I was looking for a Catan border with harbor tiles that could be used in all the different scenarios. JAWong's border only has fixed harbor positions, while I loved the details of them. Other versions also don't allow for non-standard harbor positions or are based on water hex tiles instead of the "new version" frame border. By letting go of the standard Catan harbor tile size, I could transfer the ship and dock to the harbor tiles. This way there are no docks or whatever showing when there is not a harbor at a specific position. The border allows for the harbors to be placed at every possible position for the game.
REMARK FEB 2020:
The tolerances on this print are too low for most printers. I would advise printing the border at 102% to be able to fit all hexes in. Keep the harbors at 100% for them to fit. Still, you probably need to file down the snaps for a more relaxed fit. I am sorry about that.
WHAT YOU NEED
Base game:
6 x border-v2.stl. If you are planning on printing Seafarers: 4 x border-v2.stl and 2 x border-v2-forHex.stl.
4 x harbor-generic.stl
1 x harbor for every resource
Seafarers:
2 x border-withHex.stl (these do fit with the regular 'border-v2.stl', but 'border-v2-forHex' is a better fit)
2 x border-extShort.stl
2 x border-extLong.stl
1 x harbor-generic.stl
7 x sea hex with harbor cutout to play all the scenarios described in the booklet. Print variants with islands as you wish. I printed one extra to be sure.
Base game 5-6 players:
4 x border-extShort.stl. If you plan on printing Seafarers, I think you only need 2 of these.
1 x harbor-generic.stl. Not necessary if you also print Seafarers
1 x harbor-wool.stl (I think, needs checking)
Seafarers 5-6 players:
2 x border-extLong.stl
Harbor STLs still look buggy, will look into that. However, I was able to print them as-is without any problems.
