Castle tool for Cannondale Headshok maintenance.
Print this tool with your toughest filament, because you will have a high torque(28Nm) on the 4 pins of the tool. Print direktion should be the way it is shown or 180° flipped. That way the layer direction is in a 90° angle to the applied force.
There are 2 Versions
V1: full plastic Version. Print with 100% infill and hope for the best (it worked for me).
V2: plastic Version with holes for metal enforcement.
Print with 100% infill. After your print is complete, push some wires into the holes in the pins, heat up the wires with a soldering iron, so they can bond to the plastic.
To use the tool you will need a lever. The easiest way is the use of the Pin Spanner(Park Tool SPA1) you already used to disassemble the top cap of your fork.
Another option is mounting a 2 sided lever with a cutout on the top of the tool. It can be attached with two M3 screws and fitting nuts (similar to https://www.cannondale-parts.de/HEADSHOK-CASTLE-TOOL-fuer-Fatty-Lefty-10-20/en).
