This is a replacement part for my old CASIO DW-002 for which it does not exist anymore any shipping spare part.
It cover my need and hope it will do the thing for you too.
I advise to print it bottom on the bed. Like this, no support mark will be visible after removing those.
It could be necessary to drill the hole a little bit larger after printing to fix the original screws.
