So I created this model in order to fix the strap on my favorite watch, CASIO DB-E30 which had the part that holds the bracelet made out of rubber that failed long before the rest of the watch would wear out. Thing is, this watch is solar powered, which makes it virtually timeless.
I did my best to measure the original part, and create a replacement, and I have to say that I am quite satisfied with the result. Since the part is relatively small, and requires high resolution to make the best fit, I have split it in the middle, in order to print without supports and overhangs - thus achieved maximum quality. (Both parts should be printed from the flat part upwards)
I hope someone would find it useful, since I know that it is a really cool watch, and this part is a weak point in the design. (Or choice of materials to be precise.)
Oh, btw, this is first time I'm posting my design, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
