This is a case for the Sainsmart Huhushop Mega328 Tester/Meter.
This case also contains a battery compartment and sliding panel for access to change the battery.
The tester itself will automatically determine the component attached to it and give specs. Will test Transistors, Diodes, Capacitors, Resistors and Inductors. Actually a pretty good tester.
The case does not expose the printed circuit pads for testing large transistors, but the connections are there on the ZIF socket so you can easily use wires or clip leads.
