This is a case for the M12864, which is a variant based on the quite wonderful universal transistor and component tester developed by Markus Frejek, and later Karl-Heinz Kübbeler. A full description of the project is available here:

This case fits the variant with graphical display and rotary knob sold by Banggood and probably elsewhere called M12864. The case includes a compartment for the battery. The pinout for the 14 pin ZIF test socket is printed on the case, for reference. Note that there are several different variants of this tester in the market. This case is only designed to fit the M12864.
You need four M3x15 (or thereabouts) countersunk screws for assembling the top and bottom sections. It works best if you thread first using an M3 tap.
When assembling, note routing of the battery wire in the picture. This is crucial to make sure the wire does not get kinched.
The knob is a friction fit, so the dimensions are critical. In my configuration a 5.6 mm inner diameter was good, but you may find that you may need a slightly smaller or larger diameter. This can easily be done in the Configurator.
Please examine the pictures of the PCB carefully to make sure you have the right PCB before you start your print. Cases for other variants are available here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:797733 here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:694790 and here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1920077
