I bought a small Spectrum Analyser from Ali but without a case. I made this one to protect the circuit for accidental short circuits.
You will need:
4 spacers with 3.2mm hole, outside 6mm and a length of 5mm
4 studs with M3 hole, length 6-7mm.
8 countersink screws M3x12.
2 pieces of clear plastic foil 15x15mm and some glue.
The original studs and screws cannot be used or you can drill it with a 3.2mm drill to make the short spacers.
Assembly: Insert the screws on the bottom (Bodem in Dutch) only partly with the spacers on them. Then slide the PCB in with the switch and USB side fist. Push it down at the other side and fix with the 4x M3 studs. Tighten the screws gently because you can damage the bottom surface; the USB connector and switch can hit the hole in the side wall, be carfull.
Glue some clear foil in the 15mm square openings of the Top to close the holes and avoid nasty conducting debries dropping in.
Slide the Top in and mount the 4 remaining screws.
Have fun, 73s PA3CCX.
