Simple case for dual channel relay board. This is a cheap Chinese no brand board with two SRA-05VDC-CL relays, which can be controlled with 5v via a rasperry pi and can take 20A.
On the board are open contacts, so to avoid short circuits, I designed and printed this case.
Attatched to this board is one 12v/55Ah battery and a battery pack with 12v/51Ah. So there might quite some current flowing and you definitely want to avoid any chance of anything shorten. Use fuses !
I use the relay to switch between the batteries. Because they have a different age and manufacturer, they (dis)charge at a different rate and one could ruin the other by just hooking them up parallel.
The two parts hold togehter somewhat, but in contrast to my previouse designs for such cases, there are no clipping thingies... some duct tape will do.
