Cardboard Casing for ABS print
With this case you'll print ABS filament much better.
2x cardboards 30x20x15 cm (2 Kartons) http://goo.gl/vnM7Rp
metal perforated tape 50 cm (Montageband) http://goo.gl/OaaBjy
2x screws & nuts 2 mm (Schrauben/Muttern)
Low-cost case of two cardboards for my Prusa i3 (Hesine M-505-B)
So far I have only printed with PLA, because larger models with ABS didn't worked. One reason is because my Prusa i3 has no case like semi-professional printers. But ABS needs a warm space. So I try a little with cardboards and here is my very low-cost working solution.
You don't need printed parts to build such a case. Instead of metal-tape you can use blue tape to fix the cardboards.
